To ensure optimal performance and compatibility, please update all TENSO units to the T46 firmware version by following the steps below.
Power on the TENSO unit.
Navigate to:
Settings β About β System Version
Verify the current system version displayed on the screen.
β οΈ If it is not TENSO_ACSL_T46, proceed with the steps below to update.
Download the T46 firmware file using the link provided (ensure the file is not renamed, should be a *.ZIP file).
Copy the firmware file to the root directory of a microSD card (not inside any folder).
Insert the microSD card into the TENSO.
π‘ Make sure the microSD card is formatted to FAT32 for proper compatibility.
Return to:
Settings β About
Select βUpdate from SD Cardβ to begin the firmware update.
The update process will take approximately 2β3 minutes.
Once the update is complete, the TENSO will automatically reboot.
After rebooting, go back to:
Settings β About
Confirm the following:
System Version: TENSO_ACSL_T46
Launcher Version is displayed
MCU Version is displayed
β If all are correct, your TENSO firmware has been successfully updated.
Navigate again to:
Settings β About
Look for the Falcon SW Version (e.g., 1.1.1 (v30)
).
β οΈ If the version is 1.1.1 (v30), keep the TENSO powered on. After about 1 minute, a prompt will appear requesting to update the Falcon software.
When prompted, select "Confirm" to begin the update process.
Once both the TENSO and Falcon software updates are complete and verified, your system will be fully up to date and ready for optimal performance.
