There might be the case that the Sony ILX-LR1 stops working and a cam warning is displayed in QBase.The cause is that the internal Sony ILX-LR1 battery, responsible for keeping the date/time of the camera, discharges over time. The internal battery is fully charged during production, but it is possible for the battery to discharge, which can lead to issues with detecting the camera during startup.Quantum Systems is actively working on a way to prevent this issue on software side.For now, it is possible to prevent this from happening by connecting and powering the camera at least one hour per month by connecting it to the Trinity Pro and connecting a battery to the Trinity Pro as well. After one hour the battery is fully charged, which should be sufficient to keep date/time for one month.
